The Process

1. Complimentary Discovery Call

Every journey begins with a conversation. During your complimentary consultation, I'll take the time to get to know you, your travel style, preferences, and vision for your trip. I'll also explain my planning process, answer your questions, and provide a custom planning fee before creating your personalized itinerary.

2. Personalized Itinerary

You'll receive a thoughtfully designed travel proposal tailored specifically to you. It will include recommended accommodations, transportation, experiences, pricing, and a day-by-day outline. We'll review everything together and make sure it aligns with your travel goals.

3. Refine & Reserve

Once we've finalized every detail, I'll take care of all the reservations and confirmations on your behalf. From accommodations and transportation to special experiences, dining reservations, and travel protection options, every element is carefully arranged so you can travel with confidence.

4. Final Travel Documents

About two weeks before departure, you'll receive your complete travel package with everything you need for a seamless journey. Your itinerary will be available in both digital and printable formats, giving you easy access to every reservation, confirmation, and important travel detail wherever you go.

5. Travel Support

While you're away, I'm here whenever you need assistance. Whether you have a question, need to make a change, or encounter the unexpected, you can reach me by phone, email, or text for support throughout your trip.

6. Welcome Home

After you return, I'd love to hear about your experience. Your feedback helps me better understand your travel preferences and allows me to make each future journey even more personalized. My goal is to create exceptional travel experiences you'll look forward to again and again.
